The PC Doctors Customer Guarantee
 

The PC Doctors are committed to the satisfaction of all of our customers and are always trying to find ways to improve the services we provide:

· If you are not delighted with any work that has been done, please contact us at info@thepcdocs.net and we will do everything possible to resolve the problem for you.

· Equipment Service and Repairs are guaranteed against faulty workmanship for 14 days.

· Parts used for onsite repairs are subject to a manufacturer's warranty. Generally it is 12 months, but please ask for details specific to the parts that you purchase.

· Delivery or Estimate charges are not refundable.



We depend on customer referrals and repeats for most of our business, and know that making our customers happy is the only way that's going to work!

Free Estimate* 
In-Home PC Servicing: $39.95/hour** 
Drop-Off PC Servicing: $29.95/hour
*Only applies if job is contracted. Otherwise a nominal fee of $9.95 applies.
**$2.99/10 miles applies if outside of the downriver area.
